    A: No, the UNO camera directly connects to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network so it does not require a hub.
  • Q: Does the camera have cloud storage?
    A: As of now, no. The recordings are being saved in the SD card that comes pre-installed in the camera.
  • Q: Is the camera's SD card replaceable?
    A: Yes and the camera can support up to 128GB SD card.
  • Q: Does the camera have back-up batteries?
    A: No, it does not have a battery compartment so it can only be powered by AC.
  • Q: Is it possible to view the camera feed from a computer?
    A: Unfortunately, the UNO camera does not support being monitored through a PC since we do not have any PC software for the YoLink products as of now.
  • Q: I updated my camera's firmware and the human detector was gone from the camera's details page. Why is that?
    A: There is a problem with the humanoid detection algorithm and incorrect recognition results in a large number of humanoid detection alarms. Therefore, the humanoid detection feature has been removed.
